🔄 Return & Refund Policy – PurellyPick

At PurellyPick, we aim to ensure you love what you buy. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Valid reason required (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

• Photo/video proof may be requested to process your request.

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

We won’t be able to accept returns for:

• “I changed my mind”

• “I ordered by mistake”

• “I no longer want the item”
  We encourage customers to connect with us for any doubts before placing an order.

🔄 Exchange

If the product is eligible, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Simply contact us with your order number and issue.

📦 Exchange orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after approval.

💼 PurellyPick Wallet Option (Optional)

In situations where a direct refund or replacement may not be possible, we may offer to add the value to your PurellyPick Wallet.

• This balance never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

• It’s fast, flexible, and we’ll always explain the options before confirming anything.

💰 Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item and approve the request, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 Cancellations

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll gladly cancel it on request. If already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
